Massachusetts DeMolay Innovation Lab

Hey everyone!
I wanted to explain what the Massachusetts DeMolay Innovation Lab is and why your chapter should consider taking part.
Think of it like DeMolay University, but hands-on. Instead of sitting through presentations and PowerPoints about how to improve your chapter, the Innovation Lab is designed to actually help you build and implement things.
Bring your chapter’s ideas, problems, goals, or projects, and we’ll work with you to turn them into something real. That could mean building your term plan, developing a membership strategy, planning an open house, creating a service project, working on event ideas, applying for grants, improving chapter operations, or solving a specific problem your chapter is facing.
The goal is simple:
You shouldn’t leave with just a notebook full of ideas. You should leave with something your chapter can actually use.
Think of it as:
DeMolay University → “Here’s how to do it.”
Innovation Lab → “Let’s do it together.”
We want every chapter to come prepared with something they want to work on so that by the end of the Lab, you have a plan, a product, or a project ready to take back home and put into action.
We also ask that each chapter make a presentation on their chapter.
Example:
Chapter name
Current membership count
Desired membership count
Upcoming events
What we can do to help your chapter
