Massachusetts DeMolay Conclave 2026

All DeMolays are warned to be on the lookout for a mysterious man at the next state event, school, or chapter event….you never know where he’ll appear.  The State Master Councilor, Bro. Aaron Hawley himself was recently approached by him and given a chance to prove himself in ddakji.  After beating the man, Bro. Hawley was offered the chance to win the prize of a lifetime at the upcoming DeMolay Games!

That’s right, Conclave 2026 is taking us into the shady, exciting world of Squid Games for our very own DeMolay Games! Members will be challenged, both individually and as a team, for the chance to prove themselves.

Plans for Conclave are still being finalized; however, all Chapters MUST bring a custom-made flag from the flag handed out at Congress, or a separately provided flag for your Chapter, or a white pillowcase or sheet. All members should be prepared to recite the part they were most recently installed as.

What to Bring:

• Bedding (blankets, sheets, sleeping bag, pillow — whatever you prefer for a dorm stay)

• Toiletries and personal items

• Comfortable clothes for the weekend

• Chapter pride gear for competitions and photos!

• Chapter Coclave Flag, handed out at Congress or separately.

• Lightly used or new children’s book

 

Dress Code:

• General Sessions & Activities: DeMolay shirts (You will be provided one), with shorts or long pants

• Sunday Session: Dress shirt, dress pants, and tie

• Sport coat optional, but recommended

Chapter Children’s Book Donations:

Interfaith’s Children’s Book Program

• Children’s books for Interfaith Social Services in Quincy: Interfaith is a longstanding, well-respected organization that provides a food pantry, counseling, and other services for South Shore residents.

 

• Their food pantry aims to nourish the mind as well as the body. Just the mere presence of books in the home impacts children’s academic success, vocabulary development, and future job attainment. When available, each food pantry client receives a bag of age-appropriate books for their children on each visit. Whether board books for infants, picture books, or chapter books, they aim to get books into the homes of all their young clients.

 

• We’d love your gently used children’s books for ages 0-12! Please, no books with torn covers or missing pages, or that have been colored in. If we get at least one book per DeMolay, we could help a large number of young children in Massachusetts.

Registration

The price for Conclave starts at $160 per person through July 1. If you miss regular registration, the late registration cost is $190 per person. Details about the booster program will be released soon.

Installation of Officers and Luncheon

Conclave will wrap up Sunday morning with the Retirement of the 2025-2026 State Suite and the Installation of the 2026-2027 State Suite. The Conclave Session will begin at 9:00 a.m., and will be followed up by a luncheon. Tickets to the luncheon costs $18 per person to cover the cost of food.
