It will be held on October 3rd, 2026 at the Worcester Masonic Building (1 Ionic Ave, Worcester, MA,01602) from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM. Registration opens at 8:15 AM

8:15 a.m. Registration Opens —Coffee and donuts

9:00 a.m. Welcome – The High – Functioning Chapter: Youth – Led, Advisor – Supported, Safe, and Sustainable

9:50 a.m. — 10:40 a.m. Advising Without Taking Over

10:45 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. The Effective Advisory Council

12:10 — 1:40 p.m. Luncheon — “Wings Over Worcester! ”

1:45 — 2:30 p.m. You Make the Call —Scenarios for the Real Life Chapter

2:35 — 3:15 p.m. Membership & Engagement?

3:20 — 3:35 p.m. Break

3:40 — 4:20 p.m. Breakout Sessions (Choose one)

• Youth Protection in Daily Practice
• A Chapter Health Check
• Service Projects that Matter

4:25 — 5:10 p.m. A Panel Q & A with the Elected Leadership

5:30 p.m. Parting Shot

Registration for this event ends on September 25th, after that, it will cost $35.
