The hottest new event of the year is springing to life; during Mother’s Day weekend (May 9 – 11, 2025) Massachusetts DeMolay is traveling to Groton Woods for a weekend of food, fun, brotherhood, no sleep, and so much more! Springfest is a new program that draws on the successes of Winterfest and Awake-A-Thon to make a jam-packed weekend that is sure to create memories that last a lifetime. Between all the fun, we’ll have our annual Congress session to give some breaks. Registration is currently live and costs $125 per person, with optional add ons of the Springfest exclusive T-Shirt and a Segway Tour of the facility. Groton Woods

Groton Woods is a 250-acre retreat and conference center owned and operated by The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts that includes a chapel, gymnasium, waterfront (weather dependent), meeting spaces or any of the 3 to 4 miles of hiking/biking trails, sports fields, archery, and so much more! For housing, we have two facilities at our disposal. Prescott Lodge doubles lodging while Going Cabins holds three triple rooms each. We’ll do our best to accommodate all lodging requests.

Congress

Rather than hold the annual Congress session on its own, we’re bundling it with Springfest to make it more exciting! Congress is your chance to amend the State Constitution of Massachusetts DeMolay and our Policies and Procedures. We’re still working on promulgating the changes to the Constitution from the last two Congress sessions and will update the file accordingly.
