It is that time of year again! We are looking for candidates who strive to continue the legacy of Massachusetts DeMolay’s state program.
This year, we are making significant changes to the state officer program. These decisions were not reached lightly; the Executive Officer, his deputies, and myself have worked together on the changes.
The biggest change is that there will only be two elected officer positions – State Master Councilor and Deputy State Master Councilor.
There will also be a significant investment of time and talent from the entire Executive Officer staff to teach and train our leadership, including (but not limited to) the planning and execution of cornerstone state programs.
We intend to announce the entire 2026-27 calendar of state events at Conclave on July 31st as a result.
